A year ago, I weighed the most I ever had – at 73 kg. I went to see Margie saying, “I want to lose weight; that’s all there is to it,”… but along the way, I started feeling better, sleeping better, having better skin, coping better with a demanding job… and I lost weight, gradually, sustainability and lots of it.
Within six months, I was down to my target of 65 kg, kept it off, and felt terrific. I’ve always found it hard to get motivated, but Margie pushed just the right amount, not too much, but enough to get results.
Now I’m pregnant (amazingly, after six years of trying!) I’m keeping up my fitness and have confidence that I can get right back into shape once I have my baby… things have changed for me since I’ve worked with Margie.
