Margie Cerato has been known to me for over 15 years. During this time, I have come to know her personally and professionally through her business, Vibes Fitness Consultancy.
Apart from her boundless energy and enthusiasm for life, what I have always admired about Margie is her willingness to help people personally and professionally. She cares and has integrity.
She inspires confidence because she has immense knowledge of her profession and field of expertise and knows how to apply it with her personal training clients (and friends!). Regarding this, she has attended various exercise education workshops conducted by Health Trek over the last ten years. Her ability to convey information regarding exercise and the neuro-muscular skeletal system has always stood out. Her in-depth understanding and communication ability have invariably impressed fellow participants and instructors.
As importantly, Margie is always up to date with the latest in fitness and health and is exceptionally resourceful and highly innovative in her approach to getting the job done.
