Hi Margie,
I was hoping that you might be able to help me. PLEEEASE! I told you the other day that I was starting the Body for life program. The gym I am at went and sacked my trainer the day before I was due to start, so I had to wait a few days till I could get another one in a 7 a.m. time slot to get started. We did one upper body session; then, she missed the next session due to a death in the family. I am a week behind where I want to be and still don’t have a starting program.
I was hoping you could help me put one together for the upper and lower body (on the phone?). I’m at the point where I reckon all their trainers suck, so I want to get going on a program and go hard. I have even got a training partner (for spotting, etc.). Is there any chance you can call me this weekend and help put a simple BFL routine together?
You know the old saying ‘you don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone’? I didn’t realise what a great trainer you are. (that sounds sucky, but it’s true). You were my first personal trainer, and I have worked with three since (albeit briefly), and they have all been pretty average by comparison.
