Personal Training I met and started working with Margie in September 2007, and I was looking for someone to help me break the bad habits I had picked up whilst touring for the past 12 months. When you are on the road, you get into bad habits such as eating late at night, eating the wrong things, drinking more than usual and not getting enough sleep. I wanted to get out of this routine when I finished touring. I had recently quit smoking and didn’t want to stack on the pounds. Margie tested me in my first session, and I was shocked at how unfit I was. It inspired me to improve. Every time I saw Margie, we worked harder, and as the weeks went on, I realised how much easier everything was becoming and how much I had improved my overall fitness and energy levels. Since training with Margie, I now find it easier to get up in the morning, have more sustained energy during the day, and make fitness a part of my everyday life (which I never would have believed). I would recommend Margie to anyone (and do) and still look forward to every session for the much-needed exercise and catching up with someone who has become a dear friend.
