Looking back on it now, it’s like I’m different; I always knew I had issues with my weight but never had the confidence or enthusiasm to do anything about it. I was always grumpy, low on energy, and unfit and unwell.
I started with Margie in July 2008. at first, we sat down and looked at my diet; she explained how most of what I ate was why I was.
She wrote up a strict diet for me to follow, and at first, it was tough to keep up with, but she was always there to support me.
As we worked out more and more, I could slowly see myself changing. It was a slow process, but I saw a different me in the mirror every morning.
Family, work colleagues and friends constantly compliment me on how I look now. I have become more positive and confident and have never been fitter.
Margie’s approach is very professional but, simultaneously, very calm and relaxed; she is always looking out for my and everyone’s well-being.
Her knowledge and understanding of the human body are excellent; she constantly finds new techniques to promote healthier living.
She has changed me, and I am so grateful for her help over the last seven months. And I look forward to continuing this great relationship with her.
